Scott Aldrich Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of EndoSound, a medical device company advancing access to life-saving endoscopic ultrasound diagnostics. With extensive commercial and operational leadership experience, Scott has successfully launched and scaled disruptive medical technologies across the U.S. and international markets. His career includes executive roles at Motus GI, Dutch Ophthalmic, and Mauna Kea Technologies, where he drove global marketing, sales, and strategy to deliver measurable growth and improve patient outcomes.
A graduate of Amherst College with a BA in Psychology, Scott is recognized for his ability to guide organizations from R&D through commercialization, integrate multi-site teams, and execute market entry strategies in highly regulated environments. Beyond his executive leadership, he has served as a consultant in medical device commercialization and remains active in his community as a Vestry Member at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. His work reflects a passion for innovation, accessibility, and advancing medical care worldwide.
