Jonathan Sabo

Jonathan Sabo advises clients on securities offerings, business entities, syndication, employment law, and overall litigation risk mitigation. Jonathan graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, after which he clerked for Hon. Ronald Gould, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Building on an internship with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Jonathan worked as a securities litigator for four years at a major New York law firm. He is a member of the New York and Washington State Bars. When not in the office, Jonathan can be found playing board games, building things with his children, and nerding out about naval history.
