Peng-Sang Cau is a visionary serial entrepreneur, corporate executive, and angel investor with more than 30 years of experience scaling advanced manufacturing and hardtech innovation. She is Director of Siemens for Startups at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where she leads the program across the Americas—making enterprise-grade engineering, digital twin, and simulation tools accessible to founders from day one. Her work empowers early-stage hardtech companies to de-risk development, accelerate commercialization, and build investor confidence. Prior to Siemens, Peng-Sang co-founded Transformix Engineering Inc., growing it from a basement startup into one of Canada’s leading automation innovators, culminating in the eight-figure acquisition of its patented CNCAssembly® technology by ATS Corporation.

Beyond her current leadership role, Peng-Sang serves as a board director for Reko International Group, is Founder & Strategic Advisor at Nuformex, and actively mentors and invests in disruptive technology ventures. She has held senior corporate positions—including Vice President roles at ATS—and is a frequent motivational speaker and SME coach.
