Cathy Minter is the Co-Founder and CEO of Wisdom, an AgeTech company redefining aging at home with privacy-preserving smart home solutions designed for older adults and their trusted circles. A seasoned entrepreneur and four-time startup leader, Cathy has built a career driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and transformation in software and emerging technologies. Her leadership experience spans roles such as Chief Revenue Officer at R3, Head of Sales Americas at Docker, and Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Revenue Operations at SpaceTime Insight (acquired by Nokia). She is recognized for building global teams, nurturing individual talent, and delivering go-to-market strategies that achieve lasting impact.

Holding a BA in Economics from Clemson University and an MBA in Marketing from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, Cathy blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. She is also an active member of Primary Venture Partners’ Mastermind Network, advising and connecting leaders in NYC’s tech ecosystem. Passionate about innovation for healthy aging, she continues to champion technologies that empower independence, enhance quality of life, and protect personal privacy for older adults.
