Michelle Thimesch

Michelle Thimesch is the CEO and co-founder of Crowdfund Mainstreet. Following the release of the regulations for the JOBS Act in 2016, Thimesch decided to leave a decades-old law practice where she specialized in business, real estate and succession planning to pursue a passion for the decentralization of capital and the innovation of mission-minded enterprise. Title III of the JOBS Act finally recognized the value of opening up small business as an asset class to Mainstreet Investors. The opportunity to be a part of creating a tool capable of generating a brand new marketplace that can, all by itself, rebuild struggling communities and reinvent the middle class, was simply too compelling for Thimesch not to make a shift in her career.
