Lyneir Richardson

Lyneir Richardson is Chief Executive Officer of The Chicago TREND Corporation (TREND), a social enterprise formed in 2016 to catalyze retail development and strengthen commercial corridors in urban neighborhoods. TREND owns four community shopping centers in partnership with 135+ Black, local and small impact investors and has invested over $7M in projects led by Black real estate developers and entrepreneurs.

Lyneir is also an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in the Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School and leads the Center for Urban Entrepreneurship and Economic Development. Lyneir graduated from Bradley University and the University of Chicago Law School.
