Experienced and dynamic business development professional with a strong business acumen. With his 24 years of consulting experience in Haiti and across numerous industries, he has developed proven methods and systems that increase his projects success rates. He has various experiences in business development initiatives that could be valuable to any job creation related program or business evaluation program. He is currently the Operations and Human Resources Manager for ISPD (Institut pour la Santé, la Population et le Développement).

So far, he is managing 100 employees in 5 health facilities while coordinating 2 mobile units medically supporting 2,000 displaced people. He is also advising a New York based private equity boutique firm, Riv Capital LLp on Florida and Caribbean business projects.

From 2019-2021, He has coordinated several value chain studies for Caribbean Export and ACDI-VOCA on the agribusiness and essential oils sector.

From 2014-2018, he has organized two skills competition in Haiti while developing skills certification programs for the apparel, plumbing and welding industry.

During 2008-2011, he helped set up the Haiti Apparel Center.

This project trained 2000 sewing professionals.

From 2006-2013, He contributed to setting up 2 business incubators that have created more than 250 jobs while incubating micro-to-medium companies from mostly women entrepreneurs.
