For over a decade, Crystal worked at FOX News Channel as a Senior Booking Producer and National News Feature Host. There, she tripled network bookings and increased on-air diversity by 85% while managing 1,300 local stations. Crystal was host of Extraordinary which aired on FOX News 24/7 Headlines.

Her technology, EBO tackles the booking and DEI challenges media outlets, publicists, and professional organizations face when seeking talent for content offerings. To date, EBO has booked guest experts for FOX Business, SxSw, Medium, Sinclair Broadcast Group and BNC. Some of EBO's community partners include Black Speakers Network, WIN Executive Summit, the Associated Black Charities, and Black Women Talk Tech.
