Teddy Lyons

Teddy Lyons is a Senior Investment Associate at KingsCrowd, where he analyzes early-stage companies raising capital through equity crowdfunding and alternative investment platforms. He provides due diligence, data-driven insights, and investment research to help democratize access to venture capital and empower everyday investors. Since joining KingsCrowd in 2022, Teddy has advanced from analyst to senior roles and now serves as a voting member of the KingsCrowd Capital investment committee, shaping investment decisions that guide both institutional and retail investors.

In addition to his work at KingsCrowd, Teddy is a General Partner at Osa Capital, a late-stage and pre-IPO secondary fund that has quickly scaled to $20M+ in assets under management with a portfolio of 20 companies. His previous experience includes investment banking at Deutsche Bank and venture capital at Alchemi Capital. Teddy holds a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Wesleyan University.
