Heather Gilker

Heather Gilker is a seasoned investment advisor, family office strategist, and impact investing advocate with more than three decades of experience across finance, sustainability, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. She is the Founder and Principal of Tokalon Advisors and serves as Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners, where she connects impact investors with mission-driven entrepreneurs and social enterprises. Heather also serves as a Family Office Chair at TIGER21 and leads the North Texas chapter of the SWAN Impact Network, supporting early-stage impact investments with a strong emphasis on underrepresented founders and sustainable innovation.

Prior to launching Tokalon Advisors, Heather spent nearly eight years leading the Southwest region for Fidelity Family Office Services, advising family offices and their networks on investment strategy and long-term growth. Her background also includes leadership roles in portfolio management, alternative investments, private equity, and commercial banking at firms including Carlson Capital, Ranger Capital Group, and GSG Capital. A graduate of the SMU Cox School of Business, Heather serves on several advisory boards and actively mentors impact startups and women founders. Through her work, she continues to champion the power of strategic capital to drive both financial returns and meaningful social impact.
