Matt Venturi

Matt Venturi is the founder and CEO of ClearingBid, the world's first IPO network built to democratize initial public offerings - opening IPO investing to all, driving true market-based pricing, and assuring equitable allocations to all investors. A Wall Street veteran with decades of experience at Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, and Houlihan Lokey, he also founded advisory firm Venturi & Company. He holds an MBA in Finance from NYU's Stern School of Business. Having seen firsthand how outdated systems shut out smaller investors, he is pioneering Equal Opportunity Investing(TM) so everyone can participate in IPOs through their brokers.
