Jessie Ogienko

Jessie Ogienko, MSW, LCSW, CCTP, is founder and CEO of Caladrius Therapy, a Charlotte, North Carolina group practice providing evidence-based trauma care - including EMDR - to clients across socioeconomic backgrounds, proving sustainable, heart-led mental healthcare can also be accessible. An EMDR-certified therapist and certified clinical trauma professional with nearly two decades of clinical experience, she founded Caladrius in 2018 and grew it from one therapist to more than twenty. She graduated with honors in psychology from Emory University and earned her MSW from Hunter College. She also trains and consults nationally, helping clinicians build ethical, sustainable practices.
