Cyrus came to the US from Bangladesh in the late 1990s to study economics and earned a BA at Purchase College, SUNY. When the dot-com bubble burst, billions of people were still living in tech deserts, without access to technology that could improve their lives. Since then, he has spent years building the organizations and tools to change that.
Cyrus is founder and Operating Partner of Lexington Advisory Group, an advisory practice with a venture studio model that builds and scales sustainable, impact-driven companies and organizations. He is CEO and co-founder of Quantibly, an impact intelligence platform for nonprofits and funders, and co-founder of iQuantile, an EESG-aligned technology initiative working across energy, manufacturing, health, education, mining, and other infrastructure sectors. This ecosystem is designed to bring long-term impact capital to sectors transforming rapidly amid global market shifts.
Across more than 25 years in the private, public, and social sectors, Cyrus has applied one test: technology should be accessible, affordable, and interoperable. He holds an MPA from the Marxe School of International and Public Affairs and an Executive MBA from the Zicklin School of Business. He treats sustainability as an operating principle and writes about AI from a public-good perspective.
