About this session

One evening, two parts — and the order matters.

At 5:00 PM Pacific (8:00 Eastern), four impact founders pitch live on the broadcast. All four are raising under Regulation Crowdfunding right now, which means anyone can invest, not only accredited investors. Three judges question each company on the spot, and you can ask questions and vote for your favorite from your phone while you watch.

Who is pitching:

Anywhere Dx — Nathalya Mamane, CEO. The first lab-grade, instrument-free molecular diagnostic that anyone can use at home like a pregnancy test, starting with strep throat. It closes the gap between feeling sick and getting treated, and it is aimed squarely at rural, low-income and underserved communities — while curbing the antibiotic overuse that drives antimicrobial resistance.

Airthium — Andrei Klochko, Co-Founder & CEO. Every product you own was made with heat. Airthium is making that heat electric, targeting 3% of the world's annual CO2 emissions.

Immunomatics — Lidio Meireles, Founder & CEO. Next-generation AI donor matching to make transplants safer, tackling premature graft failure and GVHD across the thousands of solid organ and blood stem cell transplants performed every year.

Eagle Cathedral City — Phillip Nalwalker, CEO. An inclusive LGBT bar in the Palm Springs area, built to run as a community engine: funding the Transgender Health and Wellness Center, sponsoring local LGBT sports teams, and sharing revenue with local LGBT creators.

This is the part most people miss. After the broadcast ends, the founders come back on Zoom for a working conversation with the people who are considering an investment — your questions answered directly, the terms, and what the next step looks like if you decide to take one. It is a conversation, not a second webinar.
